Shipping, Refunds, and Returns
Shipping
All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
We ship internationally to select locations. If you would like to have an order shipped to a country not listed on our website currently, please contact us at orders@amusementsgiftshop.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
International Orders

The buyer, not Amusements Gift Shop, is responsible for any customs duties or taxes that incur when the package arrives in country.
Returns

Items are eligible for returns within 90 days of purchase.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You may return by mail or in store.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and the status of your refund
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, it can take up to 4 weeks for funds to return.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@amusementsgiftshop.com.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges up to 90 days from the purchase date. Please send us an email at orders@amusementsgiftshop.com to arrange a return by mail or in person.
